Architectural projects and construction documents
ROLDAO - architecture + interior design is our brand that specializes in all types of architectural design including interior deisgn (www.roldao.space). Our main focus is to carry out projects with a strong conceptual design, that respect local heritage. Adding value to its location, also adds value to the clients investment. We believe in a sustainable approach to each project our goal is to “Think globably and act locally”.
Quantity survey and construction cost estimates
Quantity surveying and cost estimation are developed in partnership with the designers at the beginning or at the end of the project, depending on the goal of the investor. These studies will lead to a deeper understanding of the project and to a better choice of technical solutions for it, allowing even at an early stage of the process, a more precise financial control, leading to a reduction in the risk for the client.
Project analyses, errors and omissions, planning and cost analyses
Planning and cost analyses are done from the base conditions defined by the client. After the client defines his goals a plan of action is developed, where all difficulties are identified in order to anticipate problems that might occur before, during and after the construction. After identifying all this a plan of action is done with corrective measures to minimize all problems and the financial impact they might have.

METRIC MUV is a company that focus on a broad range of Architectual and Engineering Technical services, being the result of the accumulated experience of its founders in the construction and architectural industry.
Our field of expertise is divided in two autonomous areas : Architectural design and technical services. Our aim is to give investors, architectural offices and construction companies a full broad of services that covers all their needs regarding architectural design (interiors included), execution of conceptual Architectural projects as well as construction drawings, quantity surveying, cost estimation, planning, processes of errors and omissions, preparation of tender documents, procurement and project management.
Our work has been extensively developed in different investment sectors and of different types and sizes, such as: offices, hotels, residential buildings, shopping malls, casinos, hospitals, airports and other public buildings.
The company’s working method is based on an elastic multidisciplinary structure that adapts to the markets demand. The years of accumulated experience in this area were essential to gain a consistent network of clients and partners, which were crucial to the creation of our office.
Our main goal is to respond positively to our clients’ needs and to go beyond that within our business core.
